Understanding our refund and cancellation policies

At PetLoza, we want to ensure fair and transparent refund policies for both pet owners and sitters. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how they are processed.

Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancelled by sitter more than 48 hours before scheduled time
  • Service not provided as agreed
  • Pet owner cancels within the sitter's cancellation policy window

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are typically not available in these cases:

  • Cancellation outside the sitter's cancellation policy window
  • Service was completed as agreed
  • No-show or late cancellation without valid reason
